So today I had to run 2 miles and to make up for not doing stairs on Monday, i did the stairs routine twice (see fitness blog pre-workout for reference). I can geniunely say, I am very sore. None the less, this workout is great and I am loving every minute of it. I feel accomplished through doing this workout, and it's only the first week. Results are also starting to show.
The diet is also going well, I am finding new ways to get my daily intake of food. Instead of having to have just salad, I can get sandwiches on whole wheat and still follow the diet. However, tonight at chapter meeting, the ladies of Alpha Chi Omega brought us cake balls and i went back on my diet.
